As a core inorganic alkali, it is produced through advanced membrane electrolysis technology, ensuring high purity and stable performance. Unlike other solid caustic soda forms, the flaky structure offers balanced solubility and operability—faster dissolution than pellets and easier dosing than granular variants. Standard packaging: 25kg high-density polypropylene (PP) woven bags with double inner polyethylene (PE) liners, featuring moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and tear-resistant properties. Bulk packaging: 1000kg/1250kg flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) with enhanced moisture barrier liners, equipped with lifting loops for easy loading and unloading. Custom packaging: Palletized, shrink-wrapped, or waterproof packaging is available upon request, suitable for long-distance ocean and land transportation.

Storage & Precautions
Storage:

Store in a dedicated, dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources (storage temperature: 5-35℃). Strictly separate from acids, oxidants, combustibles, and food raw materials to avoid chemical reactions and contamination. After opening, seal the package tightly immediately to prevent moisture absorption and caking. Stacking height should not exceed 6 layers to avoid bag rupture due to pressure; handle with care to avoid collision and friction
Precautions: Keep container dry. Do not breathe dust. Never add water to this product. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention and show the label when possible. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep away from incompatibles such as oxidizing agents, reducing agents, metals, acids, alkalis, moisture.

Safety Notice
Caustic Soda Flakes are highly corrosive and hygroscopic. Direct contact with skin, eyes, or mucous membranes will cause severe burns and irritation. When operating, strictly wear protective equipment and avoid direct contact.
- In case of skin contact: Immediately rinse with plenty of clean water for at least 15 minutes, then apply neutralizing agent if necessary, and seek medical attention promptly.
- In case of eye contact: Immediately rinse with plenty of water or normal saline for at least 20 minutes, do not rub, and seek medical attention immediately.
- Do not inhale the dust of the product; if inhaled, move to a well-ventilated area and seek medical attention if discomfort occurs.
- Keep the product out of reach of children and unauthorized personnel, and store it in a dedicated warehouse with a warning sign.
